About Marcy

Marcy Renken has a diverse background which allows her to craft a message that will best serve the needs of each audience. Marcy served 5 years in the U.S. Army as a trumpet player (“the bugler”). She obtained a B.A. Degree in Economics from UMASS, Boston. From there, she spent 11 years as a residential Realtor®.

In 2011, Marcy and her husband Tom founded Celebrate Marriage: Christ-Centered Enrichment. The ministry offers a proactive approach, offering opportunities for couples throughout their marriage. Their creative and fun talks and events keep audiences at ease as they receive insights and inspiration to keep their marriages thriving. The ministry has impacted over 500 marriages through live events and engages even more couples through social media, radio interviews, and published articles. In 2018, they received the NACFLM Region VII Family Ministry Award.

Marcy has been a guest writer for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Criterion multiple times. In 2021, Marcy was awarded the Angels of Grace Archangel Raphael award for being a companion to those in need of help and assistance. In 2022, she placed 2nd at the District 11 Toastmasters International Speech Contest with her speech “Find joy in the moment.”

Marcy is a mother to 5 children ranging in age from 17 years-old down to 3 years-old. Oh, and one on the way, due to arrive in early 2023! In her free time, you’ll find Marcy starting a new project around the house or wiping up spilled milk.
